» Barbara Nicholson Bell - Here's a simple solution
Ask the mothers of the boys to have them wear their swimsuits under their shorts or pants. They won't need help changing - only to take off their outerwear. Also ask the mothers to have the boys bring dry underwear with them, in a note with the invitations.Bring enough plastic shopping bags from the grocery to put each boy's wet swimsuit in to take home, if they don't bring a bag of some sort themselves. If they haven't brought dry underwear, it's probably okay to let them go without when they get dressed to go home.
Another alternative is to let them stay out of the pool long enough to be dry before getting dressed, and put their outerwear on over the dried suits.
I don't envy you - I raised four boys!
